Anisha Kinnarath Salam
Technical Director

Anisha is a 6-time Provincial Championship winner, a former NCAA Division 1 soccer player (North Dakota State University), and has attended 2 Canada U-17 National Team Camps.

Anisha currently holds a CSA National C coaching license, a Bachelors of Science (Exercise Science), and a Masters of Science (Physiotherapy).

Anisha hopes to continue to educate the youth on the skills and attitude required to play soccer, but also apply her knowledge on injury prevention, medical rehabilitation to benefit the development of the AKSA athletes.

Tony Kinnarath
Entry Level Director

Tony Kinnarath has over 20 years of soccer coaching experience and currently holds a CSA Provincial B coaching license.

Tony was a previous Director of Entry-Level soccer for Portage Trail Soccer Club and is currently the Director of Skylight Soccer Complex's Mini-Development Program.

Tony Kinnarath is well known and respected in the soccer community. He has a genuine passion for training children and his strategy has been proven successful in the development of young soccer players.

Harvey Osorio
Technical Coach

Harvey has had many leadership positions in the Manitoba soccer landscape over the last 20 years.

As player, manager, coach or team owner Harvey has shown great dedication to the growth and development of talent. The love of the sport is at the core of his drive to share his passion with Manitoba’s youth.  

The coaching skills that have been developed over the last 15 years have been instrumental in being able to motivate and create enthusiasm throughout multiple age groups and skill levels.

Tariq Mohammed
Goalkeeper Coach

Tariq has been a goalkeeper since the age of eight. As a player, Tariq has been a member of many Winnipeg Elite soccer training centres. As a youth player, Tariq was a member of the Manitoba Provincial Team and represented the province at the Western Canada Games. 

Tariq is passionate about helping young goalkeepers maximize their potential, and looks forward to bringing his expertise to the AKSA athletes.

Zack Greenfeld
Technical Coach

Zack is a young and upcoming coach at AK academy. He has been apart of many provincial teams, provincial champion, Vancouver Whitecaps Prospects and has been to Canadian National ID camps. He is looking forward to moving on to a post-secondary career next year on a scholarship.

Zack is a very competitive coach/player and loves to get the most out of his players. He loves being involved with AKSA and looks forward to seeing his kids get better week in and week out.

Zack plays an integral role in our mini and recreational developmental program. He would love to continue to work with the AKSA athletes to see them improve over these crucial years. 

Harim (Manny) DePaz
Technical Coach

Manny's career began in the early 90’s with over 20 years of soccer experience. Playing at a high level soccer in Manitoba with various soccer teams and coaching in various communities.

Six years ago Manny saw the need for high level coaching in youth soccer and decided to become a coach to help develop their skills and potential. As a coach Manny gains a lot of satisfaction to see young players push themselves to their limits and work hard to achieve their dreams and goals, and the best part is being apart of the process.

Coach Manny is grateful to be apart of the AKSA Family and hopes to continue to help our Academy grow. 

Saul Baires
Technical Coach

Saul has been playing amateur soccer in Manitoba for over 30 years. He has been involved in the soccer community through managing and owning his own teams, and coaching both adults and children for over 20 years.

Saul believes in providing an environment for AKSA Athletes where they can grow and flourish with their individual soccer skills. He enjoys incorporating fun entertaining drills to assist in development. 

Saul's focus is not only to help build soccer skills, but life skills as well!

 
Daniel Sagno
Technical Coach

Daniel Sagno is a swift and aggressive striker who played for the Whitecaps FC academy and at the college level for San Diego State University.

Daniel was a part of the Manitoba provincial team from 2011 to 2012, while also frequently training at the National Training Centre. He has represented Canada at the u15/16/17and 20 level as well as played at the u17 World Cup Qualifiers
